Overall this ad is somewhat effective because Obama is using this ad to attack McCain making him seem like he's dishonest and dishonorable. It makes the people think that he really is telling lies. It's also a somewhat effective ad because it's true when Obama says McCain votes with bush about 90% of the time but on the other hand it is not effective because Obama is also voting the same policies that all the other Democrats are voting for.
